Product Instructions for the Saddle Changer.
A printed tabloid folded piece that is included with the product, the basics were needed for the best user experience. Learning about the Saddle Changer and using it can potentially be exhausting to customers, especially if there is no one to guide and support them. A thought-through instruction manual provides customers with a helping hand so they can navigate through all complexities of the Saddle Changer and use it effectively to achieve find their perfect saddle.
Many steps were needed to try to make the user process as easy to understand as possible and limit the need to have the customer call with questions not covered on these pages.
Illustrations were created in Adobe Illustrator and the page layout was completed with InDesign. The copy was created and edited with the Product Designer, Paul Swift.
Layout utilized the common brand colors, type, and style found in other BikeFit products and materials.
