A speculative project - signage for an apartment community for university students.
Client Meeting Notes:
The Amp Lofts is a new student hoursing apartment complex near IUPUI  in downtown Indianapolis. Construction is set to break ground in spring of 2022. Here's my ideas on how to handle signage for the development company. Besides signage, there is a need for  additional branding: a logo - that needs to be modern, eye catching, and appealing to a college-age demographic.
The following interior/exterior signage is needed:
EXTERIOR
•    Primary and secondary entrance monument signs 
•    Wayfinding, street name, and parking signs 
•    Leasing office & hours sign 
•    Building address, garage directory, and unit number signs
INTERIOR
•    ADA signs that designate permanent rooms such as bathrooms, fitness center,
exits, and a sprinkler riser utility type room. 
•    An interior wall display for the entrance of the leasing center consisting of wall wrap and a sign panel.
